This parameter sets the Client Reference of your message. This is the unique message reference that you will use when sending a message to enable you to later retrieve the message’s delivery status.
The parameter is set by your application when it invokes a method that requires this parameter. To enable you to later proactively poll the SMS Gateway to check the delivery status of a specific message, the clientMessageReference you use must be unique.
